Trainee IT Support Manager (Buying/Retail) (Perm) - Windhoek, Namibia - FC0L744VVX3M
POSITION: Permanent
COMMENCEMENT: As soon as possible
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidates eligible to work/stay in Namibia ie: Namibian Citizen / Permanent Resident / valid work permit, etc
• Relevant Bachelor of University graduate or equivalent, preferably in the field of IT or IS management.
• Previous Retail and Point of sale experience will be required.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
• Assist with the system integration\implementation between Point of sales system and other systems.
• Implement and support other systems
• Liaising with 3rd Party providers & SLAs
• Assist with the investigations of data queries, stock takes, etc.
• Training: Point of Sale Systems, Basic PC training etc
• Reporting: Weekly Monthly Reports store visits, problem stores reporting on system issues
• Job Requires travelling between stores
• Supporting Microsoft products
