Janitorial

Job Function: Cleaning and Customer Service
Reports to: Studio Manager
The Janitorial team is responsible for maintaining the daily cleanliness of the studio. This position must represent the face and image of TruFusion at all times while working.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the interior of the studio
• Maintain cleanliness on the immediate exterior of the studio
• Assist with service to the members and guests, when required
• Daily completion of any itemized checklist of cleaning responsibilities as set forth by the general manager
• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude to all club staff, members and guests
Work environment
• The vast majority of the job is performed in the studio.
Physical Requirements
• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met be the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to sit and or stand for 4 hours at a time.

Qualifications
• Experience working in retail, yoga, fitness, and/or health industry a plus
Skills Sets

• Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment,
• Ability to stay calm at all times and act respectfully and professionally
• Dependable, accountable and responsible with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Self-motivated
Studio Membership:
• All team members will receive a free membership after 30 days of employment. The membership will remain active for the duration the team member is actively employed.
