Job Description:
As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Harmony Builders Ltd, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of leading our company to new heights of success. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, optimizing operations, and ensuring the timely delivery of our projects. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who can inspire our team, foster innovation, and uphold our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and sustain long-term growth. Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate employees towards common goals.
• Sales and Marketing: Drive sales initiatives to maximize revenue and market share. Develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
• Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of project development, from planning and design to construction and delivery. Ensure efficient resource allocation and adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Financial Management: Manage company finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation.
• Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, investors, government authorities, and other stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events and maintain a positive brand image.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to the business.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate or construction industry.
Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including project management, sales, and marketing.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strategic thinker with a keen business acumen and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.
Familiarity with local regulations and market dynamics in the Chittagong real estate sector.
