Job description

Required Company Secretaries for our NSP, Delhi office having experience in a consulting firm (CA/CS/law firm). This is a full-time on-site role and responsibilities will include:
• Incorporation of companies, LLPs, Firms, Trusts etc.
• Advice and opinions on corporate and FEMA related matters.
• Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA and other corporate laws
• Preparing corporate documents in compliance with secretarial standards
• Communicating with various stakeholders, including directors shareholders, and regulatory authorities
• Liquidation and related matters.
• FCRA and relation compliances.
• Agreements and transaction documents.

Qualifications and requirements:
• Qualified company secretary with experience in a consulting environment (CA/CS/Law firm)
• May possess Certificate of Practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent drafting and writing skills
• Very good knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA provisions, FDI/ODI filings etc.
• Liasoning with government authorities
• Troubleshooting and Problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Contribute to business promotion initiatives of the firm
