Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced club soccer coach to join our team. This is a part-time position where you will have a team for the entire year and teams usually have two practices a week and one game a weekend. The ideal candidate should have a passion for soccer, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop young players. Responsibilities include planning and conducting training sessions, organizing team activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. If you have a proven track record of coaching success and are committed to player development, we want to hear from you.

About Western United Pioneers

Western United Pioneers (WUP) is a professional soccer organization founded in 1997. We are a soccer family consisting of over 700 members from the ages of 4 to 23 that come from all areas of western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut. In addition to the youth academy, WUP is the only organization in New England that provides a pathway into the college and the pre-professional levels on both the male and female sides. This is provided via the New England Mutiny women’s soccer team and Western Mass Pioneers men’s team. This development pyramid consists of a collegiate program (USL Academy), a USL2 (men) and UWS (women) teams.
