Job Descriptions
- Prepare Financial Model and Feasibility Study.
- Conduct project due diligence (financial, legal, regulatory, physical asset and competitors analysis).
- Prepare documents request packages.
- Prepare presentation for investment committees, investors, and other parties.
- Support new business opportunities analysis.
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Age 25-29
- Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economic, Real Estate, and related fields
- At least 2 year working experience in real estate and/or finance (preferably with focus on retail, office, and warehouse)
Preferable Skills / Experiences
- Advanced understanding of finance, economics, markets, financial analysis, accounting, and valuation concepts.
Some basic understanding of investment contract would be an advantage.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English, written and spoken.
- Able to travel
- Understand REIT structure would be advantage
