You are responsible for

The Campaign Performance, E-Trade & OPT Manager is orchestrating the campaign and always-on of all omnichannel activities leading to increased business performance. His/her focus is on campaign performance management, e-Trade and Owned Properties & Trade of all omni-channel activities and 360 reporting of the market.

Campaign Performance Management:
• Focus on all omni-channel activities (TVC, Retail, PR, SEA - e-tailer search, Paid Social - Programmatic - Affiliate - Philips.com pages - CRM emails - E-trade content) supporting Demand Generation and Sales Enablement campaigns for Personal Health.
• Acts as single point of contact and collaborate with cross function teams (internal and external) and manage agency relationships to create marketing campaign activations, necessary messaging/assets and campaign deliverables.
• Lead (leading, consulting, and coaching) to achieve local online excellence (on Activation Strategy, Analysis, Activation Business planning, Activation Marketing, Activation Activation/media, and (e-)Commerce) and contribute to the growth our brand preference and market share.
• Co-create the omnichannel campaign ecosystem and target are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall KPI's.
• Evaluating strategic recommendation & approving detailed media plans
• Managing the local PO & invoicing approval process concerning media.
• Keeping record of market and country media spend reporting
• Managing the ongoing tracking of media performance during the campaign and post-campaign evaluations including all touch-points, analysis & feedback.
• Drive analytics to support fact-based decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modeling.
• Leverage best practices and help to streamline the Activation marketing processes in the market

Owned Properties and eTrade
• Drive and monitor Online Excellence (OLE) and initiate product content adaptions & optimizations in close collaboration with relevant marketing, Q&R and digital teams
• Support local initiated campaigns with deployment and / or creation of CRM campaigns, landing page(s) and retailer channel specific activation
• Register, deploy & syndicate PDP and brand stores & shop-in-shop content across multiple channels, internal & external
• Monitor Rating & Reviews and provides feedback loop to relevant Marketing, Q&R, and digital teams
• Validation of translation & localization of (new) global initiated content
• Working closely with demand planning to ensure right offer as well as with digital activation team to execute successful campaigns for the categories, using data to drive insight into category performance and to make commercial recommendations.
• Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchases rate and provide data expertise to deploy & adapt the strategy
• Analyzing portfolio data and making proposals for improvement of the consumer decision journey, conversion and basket value.
• Ensuring accuracy for all aspects of our products, including set up, pricing, categorisation, ranking, upsell / cross sell online, listing new products and Optimise web conversion, through product availability
• Create/optimize procedures for content creation, category landing pages & campaigns and implement these in collaboration with 360’s, marketing and the other Digital Team members
• Drive selling-out, ensure profitability and growth of the e-commerce channel by continuously optimizing the e-fundamentals, including e-Distribution, e-Shelving, e-Merchandizing and e-Pricing.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
• Bachelor’s degree or above, in marketing, communications, branding, business or a related field
• Min 5 years’ experience in content development, social media or digital marketing, brand storytelling and communication project management
• Experience in media agency industry is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills in relationship management and networking
• Creative and loves storytelling.
• Demonstrates effective influential leadership across all project resources/stakeholders.
