Responsibilities
• Primary responsibilities include to building, testing, and deploying solutions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Design and build marketing automation programs including triggered sends, automation activities, platform configuration, multi-channel integrations, audience segmentation, and other components needed for marketing campaigns.
• Build client campaigns in line with specified requirements
• Build integrations for data, triggered sends, real-time journeys, and landing pages, queries, writing AMPScripts and SSJS – for a wide array of customer requirements.
• Build Custom Journey Builder Activities to integrate 3rd party systems to Journey Builder.
• Build and develop hyper personalized emails, SMS, push notifications and other content.
• Continuously developing skills as part of an innovative team delivering best practice Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
Qualifications
• Demonstrated knowledge and technical proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related platforms.
• Experience with custom integrations to Websites, CMS, POS/Commerce, Data warehouses, Web Analytics, and 3rd party messaging channels.
• Highly proficient in writing SQL and experience with a relational database management system.
• Experience working with HTML, CSS, SSJS, API (REST, SOAP)
• Self-starter with excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, strong attention to detail and can-do attitude.
• SFMC Developer Experience and Salesforce Platform Experience is a plus
