Our Client is an auto finance company with more than 20 years of experience in the Automobile Leasing and Hire Purchase business. we increased registered capital to 1,000 million Baht in December 2004 confirming our seat in the Top Leading Specialized Auto Finance Companies.
Acts as an assistant to the project manager to execute and conduct assigned projects as well as coordinate the projects being assigned. Responsible for facilitating the review session of the business plan and preparing the data and reports.
• Project Coordinator: Supporting, coordinating, and facilitating all tasks related to projects being assigned. / Working as part of the project team on the tasks being assigned, such as data collection, workflow development, etc.
• Business Planning: Following up on the progress of the business/action plan; analyzing/monitoring/keeping track of the progress of each department’s plan, developing contingency plan (if needed), and assisting the department/unit to solve the issues to meet the plan. / Reviewing historical data, determining the activities for the year, and forecasting the resources required
• Authority Rule: Checking and monitoring delegation of authority rule. / Keeping records and documents in the file.
• Preparing the data and reports.
Qualifications
• 22-25 years old (New Graduates are welcome).
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting is a must.
• At least 0-1 year of working experience in Business strategy, Business Analyst from any industry is a must.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Computer literature in Microsoft Office.
• Analytical skills, presentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and limited timeline.
