The Team and Role:

We are looking for an exceptional HR Information Systems & Insights Specialist to join our global People Services team and be part of our continuing growth and transformation.

People Services was set up at the beginning of 2018 to centralize the administration of Logitech’s people data and process and is now embarking on the next stage of transformation, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Self-Service, Analytics and process re-engineering. This is the role for someone with a strong HRIS background which combines an understanding of HRIS/data processes with a real appreciation for driving data analysis and insights for proactive decision making.

The P&C Systems Senior Analyst will report to the People Services Information Systems & Insights Manager and will serve as a subject matter expert in insights and analytics to improve HR’s ability to discover insights and take action, understand our potential metrics and identify metrics that will be meaningful to the organization. You will play a key role in carrying out our analytics roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders across HR Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners, Finance and IT, and determine operational metrics for each function. You will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of reliable data, high value reporting, and readiness for descriptive and diagnostics analytic projects.

You will be part of our HRIS team working to triage and address incoming requests, perform analysis/testing/support, and develop new features in Workday. You will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s policies and procedures related to the administration of our HR systems to support the long- and short-term business goals. For this role, we seek a results-oriented, highly motivated, and passionate professional with a proven history of delivering high quality metrics and analytics.

Your Contribution:

In this role you will be responsible for:
• Work closely with HR Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners and technical teams to gather and define requirements, provide recommendations through a consultative approach, document changes for change control purposes, design and implement solutions, and ensure user ease of adoption.
• Triage, diagnose, and assign/resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, etc.
• Take the lead in HRIS team projects through execution of build, coordination of testing, data loads, etc.
• Configure and implement business process upgrades and enhancements, lead testing and data validation, and ensure that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives.
• Create, review and participate in functional and regression testing for all system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenance—including bi-annual Workday releases and new system features.
• Identify the communication of changes and benefits to end users required to support changes.
• Partner with all areas of HR to create, edit and prepare reports and user-friendly dashboards.
• Train internal HR operations team members as needed.
• Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose and advocate for improvements to the Workday solution, and build a network of peers to best-practice-share with
• Proactively monitor new features released by Workday and advocate for appropriate adoption plans

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you should bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years HRIS experience, with minimum 5+ years hands-on Workday experience and HR Data Analytics experience.
• Experience leading and implementing HR process automation
• Strong knowledge of multiple Workday modules - Absence management, Compensation, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, Workday Payroll, Onboarding, Security
• Experience in building custom reports, calculated fields, & dashboard creation
• Experience in Applicant Tracking systems such as JobVite
• Advanced knowledge of Workday best practices and how to effectively translate into realistic business processes
• Demonstrated ability to distill complex information into consumable formats and effectively present to different audiences
• Experience working with a global company and sensitivity to cultural differences
• Ability to think independently, proactively, identify problems and solutions, and exhibit a high level of self-initiative

Preferred Qualifications:
• Workday HCM Pro Certification
• Experience working with an issue management system (ex. Jira)
