Position Description:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for performing the following roles:
· Daily calls/discussions with assigned partner accounts
· Guide and assist the Partners to understand and locate support programs available to them
· Document results of each Partner/customer call, track open action items by and report status.
· Provide Program Management supports Co-Sell Program Liaison with Partners Collaborate with the global regions to create a cohesive Partner engagement including Revenue Business Planning and Joint Story Development Including Field Enablement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
· Candidates must have at least two (2) years of outbound telesales experience preferably in a sales position.
· Must be able to clearly communicate on the telephone in English and demonstrate very good writing skills.
· Comfortable creating documents and working with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
· Must be highly proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
· Will be required to enter data into a customer relationship management (CRM) program to document the status of assigned customers.
· Should have good presentation skills
· Must be sales oriented
