The Virtual Opportunity Lead (VOL) will support the sales process for Digital Services Business and MPS for SMB. This is a newly created role to support the growth in Digital Services and the time to revenue for these deals. The VOL will act as a Subject Matter expert and coordinate all the activities that are required to quote, propose and close a deal within the Digital Services and MPS offering.

Virtual Opportunity Lead (VOL) – Roles/Responsibilities:

End-to-End quarterback that will lead and coordinate all the activity for Digital & MPS deal/opportunity support.

Key Job Roles:
• Ultimate responsibility deal inputs/approvals are collected and validated to successfully configure, price, quote of deals to ultimately generate contracts through signature / submission.
• Lead deal facilitator with responsibility for Project Management of RFX (RFP, RFQ, RFI, etc.) response / and well as renewal/new business proposal development regardless of size (in coordination w/bid center, if applicable)
• Facilitate configuration of solutions in EZ Config and/or, for deals >$1.2M or cannot be configured in EZ Config and supported by Solution Architect, for configuration of GSD w/inputs from Sales/MPSC.
• Oversee coordination with pricing organization, handoff from pricing organization to sales and including input/oversight of pricing into proposal and/or RFX

Overview of Job Responsibilities:
• In conjunction with Service Delivery Manager, Solution Architect (if applicable) and Digital Services Consultants, configure labor within Valuquix. Coordinate with SDM/VP Delivery on grade selection, labor empowerment tool, etc. as required.
• Financial Analysis & Internal Business Case development including coordination with Business Case Analyst (if applicable).
• Assist translating deal configuration into the customer proposal document / RFX
• Coordination, oversight, and submission of Pricing and/or Contracting Deal review process (narrative, gathering documentation, submitting, gaining approvals)
• Coordination and oversight of Statement of Work drafting, redlining & obtaining approvals, in coordination with the MPSC & SOW Negotiations Manager (if applicable)
• Coordination and oversight of Terms and Conditions drafting redlining & obtaining approvals
• Coordination and oversight of customer redlines to the MSA or SMSA with OGC if necessary
• Seek any individual approvals required throughout (i.e. NX, 3rd party, Custom SLAs, etc.)
• Proactively identify which documentation is required, drafting and seek approvals (i.e. customer # creation, CAFRs, ETHs, etc.)
• For Non-Xerox (NX) brand devices, prepare configuration file, lead/coordinate with NX configuration/pricing team, model appropriate NX configuration and pricing.
• Coordinate / overall equipment and staffing pricing and approvals with respective teams.
• In conjunction with the Digital Services Consultant, manage and monitor Solution Architect development and approval of CCS quick price tool or CES quotes
• Understanding of use principles and pricing of Xerox pre-negotiated and government & healthcare contracts.
• Lead coordinator with all functional support organizations (i.e. Solution Design COE, Delivery, Global Procurement, Technical Services, Gov’t/Healthcare/Education COE, Billing, Offer etc.)
• Ensuring deal is submitted to Closed/Won and populated on US Signings Report
• Delegate tasks, as appropriate, to responsible support organizations (i.e. VQ Worksheet Configuration to VSAs, Customer Business Case to MPSC, Proposal Responsibilities to Sales Rep, etc.) to ensure all parties are completing their responsibilities timely.
• Ensure smooth transition from Presales team to Post sales teams (Transition, I/T, Service Delivery) when opportunities are won
• Conduct mini loss reviews for lost opportunities to capture and record loss data for further analysis
