Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CPR Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Certified therapeutic recreation specialist (CTRS). Area of specialization: Geriatrics. Recreational therapy. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Medical exam. Immunization records. Vulnerable sector check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.
