Hiring A Professional Voice-Over Specialist. We wish to create a team of voice over artists, therefore we are seeking to hire specialists with excellent grammar knowledge. Artists should have control over their voice and must be consistent with volume and pacing. A VO actor is expected to speak with a clear and crisp voice for listeners to interpret easily. Ability to speak in one language fluently is an absolute must, but more than one language is also welcomed.
