Objective
To plan, control, develop and execute all Supply Chain activities related to Warehouses, of the Company, by ensuring a proper and timely supply of materials for production and a timely and accurate delivery of finished products to the customer, and other related activities assigned to the warehouse personnel.
Necessary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Define and implement policies and procedures to assure compliance with the guideline of the Quality Systems.
• Define and implement policies and procedures to assure an adequate inventory management system.
• Control Inventory status, aging profile, rotation, availability and reports.
• Provide feedback and information to the Planning department, to define and understand future warehouse needs for the company.
• Develop warehousing strategies for the company base on needs and scenarios. • Control of departmental expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Coordination with the Supply Chain Senior Manager and/or projects and improvements required in the best interests of the Company and the process.
• Measure and analyze capacity and productivity of the warehouse area.
• Implement warehouse best practices with a limited amount of resources.
Job Specifications:
• University bachelor’s degree completed in Industrial Engineer, business administration or a related field.
• Master’s degree as a plus
• At Least 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouses related positions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, planning and distribution processes.
• Knowledge of inventory management tools.
• Certified continues improvement desirable.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Knowledge in data analytics tools as Power BI, Tableau.
• Knowledge in automation tools as Knime.
• In depth Inventory analysis and KPI generation.
• English advance level (B2+)
• Computer literacy is required, spread sheets, word processor, other utilities, basic knowledge of commercial software package (i.e. Windows or similar) and basic computer configuration.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA, CE Mark standards
• Proven leadership and ability to drive teams.
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
• SAP BO proficiency
• Ability to handle confidential information
