We're searching for a Automation Engineer I (Automation), reporting to the Sr. Manager, Automation who will work closely with our business partners to apply best-in-class automation practices reducing manual work, improving accuracy, and accelerating processes.



Responsibilities
• Be responsible to drive the day-to-day operations of RPA team
• Discuss business requirements with subject matter experts within the business and design relevant automation solutions
• Work on multiple tasks, prioritizing and organizing these tasks to maximize productivity
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing code
• Utilize Quality Assurance processes to help prevent bugs
• Document automation procedures – tech design documentations
• Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback
• Adhere to coding best practices and produce top quality code

Qualifications
• Preferred: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or demonstrated industry hands-on experience or equivalent work experience and training
• 2+ years hands-on experience with a coding language
• Preferred: experience with Automation Anywhere or similar RPA technology or strong business process knowledge and desire to learn automation.
• Strong inclination toward rapid learning and application development – able to learn new systems, API’s, software integration points
• Have the ability to work well with offshore resources & end users in cross functional teams
• Strong communication skills – able to lead meetings, capture action items, and push the work forward to completion
• Must be driven to save time, reduce errors, and improve business processes!
• A self-starter personality that can thrive in the fast-paced environment. Ability to work well in high-pressure, short-deadline situations
• Solid work ethic, with the ability to pick up new tasks quickly
• Positive attitude, and flexible personality
