Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Yuma is looking for a flexible Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist to join our team! Successful candidates are attentive, helpful and great at connecting with others. Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
Compensation & Schedule Details
• $13.85 per hour
• 20 hours per week. Flexible availability to work various shifts Monday - Saturday is required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Process customer payments with accuracy
• Manage a multi-line phone system, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Display a high level of professionalism while answering phones and greeting customers as they arrive
• Support management with various clerical duties, as needed
Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
• Cash handling and customer service experience are required
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is strongly preferred
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Good communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
