Position Details
Provide quality treatment that facilitate recovery and wellness for persons living with substance use concerns. Services are client-centered, delivered in the home/community and include assessment, individual therapy and case-management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.

Position Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
• State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.)
• Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance, and clean driving record
• CAADC, Development Plan or eligible and willing to actively pursue
