Trident Trust is a leading independent provider of corporate, trust and fund services to the financial services sector worldwide, employing over 1000 staff across a global footprint that spans Africa, the Americas, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East. We are seeking a Senior Loan Specialist to join our rapidly expanding office in Atlanta, Georgia.

Reporting directly to a fund accounting Senior Manager, the successful candidate must be experienced in managing and servicing a portfolio of different loans relevant to the clients we service in our Atlanta office.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Must be comfortable using excel with multiple tabs and following excel formulas.
• Comprehend and maintain loan schedule for multiple loans.
• Must be able to reconcile each loan with the principal and interest to the financials.
• Responsible for ensuring the correct principal and interest is recorded in the loan’s schedules.
• Calculate loan payoff amount based on loan schedules.
• Assist with workflow management and technology enhancements., make suggestions to streamline operations.
• Obtain complete and accurate client information and other specifics as necessary, entering all information in designated database with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in loan servicing.
• 3+ years of client-facing or customer interaction experience.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and best practices.
• Experience performing basic calculations and mathematical figures.
• Solid understanding of local, state, and federal loan regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to function in high-pressure situations with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include liaising with stakeholders and providing team feedback.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
