The role...
Harneys is seeking to recruit a talented Compliance Analyst to join its British Virgin Islands Compliance team.
What you'll be doing...
The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for a range of tasks that will include liaising with Partners, Legal Managers, Legal staff and Fiduciary business managers and providing advice to resolve conflicts , CDD and risk issues.
About you...
The successful candidate will have working experience and understanding of the Legal industry; with the attitude and aptitude to grow and apply that knowledge in this compliance role.
Responsibilities
• Understanding & communicating the firm’s conflicts checks & relevant business policies and procedures
• Conducting conflict searches, analyse, interpret and evaluate complex conflict and sanctions results
• Writing concise and accurate reports to inform requestors of findings
• Reviewing matters and identifying potential legal and commercial conflicts of interest
