Operations Manager Responsibilities:
• Lead a team in charge of watersports, recreation, and beach operations
• Regularly work in a guest-facing, front-line position while overseeing others
• Challenge and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional guest service
• Maintain collaborative and successful working relationships with other resort departments and third-party vendors
Operations Manager Requirements:
• Management experience in watersports, boating, recreation, or beach services required
• Ability to work flexible hours in challenging environments to meet guest demands, including nights, weekends, and holidays, outdoors and on the water
• Experience working/living in the Caribbean or ability to work independently in a remote/challenging environment
• Authorization to work in the U.S. For any employer
Operations Manager Compensation and Benefits:
• Base salary DOE
