REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – RFP 001-2023-STT/STJ/STX
CONSTRUCTION LAW SERVICES
The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (“ODR”), a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (“PFA”), an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms (“Respondents”) to provide professional construction law services.
The ideal Respondent should have extensive expertise in construction law services and the provision of legal advice and contract drafting for a variety of services, including, but not limited to general contractor, architectural and engineering, design and project management services.
Bid documents may be requested via email from the Office of Disaster Recovery at info@usviodr.com beginning on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
Proposals will be accepted, by email at ODR_EBIDS@usvipfa.com until Friday, April 28, 2023, no later than 4:00pm AST.
The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. For information or queries, please contact the Office of Disaster Recovery at info@usviodr.com. The Office of Disaster Recovery reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
