Senior Associate - Job description:
• Provide expert legal advice on capital markets transactions, including IPOs, debt and equity offerings, and other securities-related matters
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including prospectuses, offering memoranda, underwriting agreements, and purchase agreements
• Conduct due diligence on transactions and advise clients on legal risks and opportunities
Senior Associate - What we look for:
• Law Degree - Greece
• 5+ years of experience in capital markets and securities law, including experience with IPOs, debt and equity offerings, and other securities-related matters
• Very good knowledge & use of the ENG language
