What you’ll be doing:
Leads the development & execution of the communication strategy and plans for the CU brand in the Youth & Mass customer segments in the prepay market, in order to further drive brand consideration and differentiation. The job holder will report to the Youth & Mass PO and will act as individual contributor in her/his role.

A day in your life will include:
• Leads and delivers the communication for the youth & mass segments in the prepay market in line with the overall brand strategy and the set business objectives
• Designs & executes integrated marketing communication plans, to further drive brand consideration & differentiation
• Overviews the campaign development & delivery throughout the journey, by being the core interface among the CU Team, the Vodafone brand team and the advertising & media agencies
• Closely monitors and analyzes competition’s communication strategy and activities, as well as key market & consumer trends
• Controls the A&P budget to ensure on budget delivery of campaigns & maximum impact

What we’re looking for:
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing or Advertising, Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Proven customer orientation and understanding of customer insights
• Proven digital acumenBachelor in Marketing / Business or related field (Master or MBA will be considered a plus)
• Excellent command of Greek and English languages (spoken & written)
• Training on digital communication will be considered a plus
