Social Hackers Academy (SHA) is an international Non-Profit impact startup that democratises access to tech education and the labour market to all. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced "Project Manager - EU Projects" to oversee and manage EU-funded projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the project, from planning and implementation to monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Although we are a remote-first company, we are looking for a candidate who will primarily work from our office in Athens.
Responsibilities
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress against these plans
• Coordinate project activities and manage project teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards project goals
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery and quality
• Ensure compliance with EU funding regulations and reporting requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project partners and stakeholders
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to project partners, stakeholders, and management
• Identify and develop opportunities for project expansion or future funding
Qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in EU-funded projects
• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling and risk management
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Terms And Conditions
• The position is full-time (40 hours per week)
• Working in a hybrid environment (primarily from the office)

• Compensation: €12.000 - €18.000 (gross per annum
