So what’s the challenge…

The Network Rollouts Associates' role is to support the development and handle the execution of the master plan and phase-out of the activities covering all Operations Team rollouts projects and monitor their delivery providing relevant reports and KPIs.

Your day to day will include:
• Assisting the evaluation of business, network requirements, priorities and capacity and supporting the design of the roll-out project plan covering all team activities, including the installation of retail network equipment, construction/ upgrade of retail stores, certifications, licensing all to meet specific timelines and budgets.
• Supporting the phase-out of all the necessary activities for the accurate delivery of work (e.g. opening of a store) and providing relevant information to the team.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Operations Team and monitoring the progress of key projects
• Monitoring the achievement of KPIs and developing reports, identifying areas of concern.
• Assisting in the monitoring of rollouts’ budget, invoicing and administration.
• Monitoring and facilating the execution of the roll-out plan participating in meetings with all stakeholders, identifying potential roll-out issues, raising flags, pointing out cases of delay and execution inconsistencies and working with the process owner for its resolution.
• Performing deep dive analysis to support the adhoc and recurring needs of the Operations Team, within the frame of setting up new tasks & processes, optimizing current operating models & business methodologies.
• Providing clarifications and informing on operational priorities and key objectives to enable the synergies and alignment of delivery plans across teams.
• Liaising cross company to lead efforts accordingly to serve rollout priorities as required

What you need to succeed:
• BSc in Business Administration, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or relevant topic.
• Hands-on experience in project support or management
• Good project management skills.
• Experience in Salesforce platform & ArcGis is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team work and cooperation.
• Problem solving skills with analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task.
• Achievement orientation and flexibility.
• Proficient command of the English language (oral and written).
• Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic programming skills (python/SQL) are desirable
