Обязанности: Act as the voice of the customer, using real data to share their experiences Partner with product success & reliability, product owners and program strategy team to develop requirements for dashboards and trend reporting to track product features Cadenced reporting to the executive team on software release quality, inbound TAC cases, release adoption by customers, customer-found defects trending, field escalations and CAP reviews Analyze critical KPIs and data around product usage, retention rates, feature activation and attach rates of new products and licenses, etc. Gain strong knowledge of both the product and technology to do lead analyses and help Sales Effectiveness PMs make informed decisions Track our critical initiatives around software releases and features through the product lifecycle, being able to differentiate initiatives and integrations of business processes that are in-progress versus those up for execution Требования: BA or MBA in Business Management or a related field 3+ years of work experience as a Product Manager bringing software products to rket Comfort and experience or a desire to develop and analyze metric data and developing insights Desire to be hands-on in developing queries, reports and dashboards based on our business metrics and feature usage statistics Ability to manage project deliverables, coordinate cross-functional projects, and work in a multi-task environment across organizational boundaries, while also driving resolution on daily issues Ability to interact with stakeholders at a number of organizational levels Ability to develop and articulate business rationale in support of product initiatives Power BI or other Data Visualization Tool experience is a plus Drive product requirements to implement and/or enhance analytics data collection, analysis, and reporting Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management. Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment. Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; comfortable managing trade-offs. Proactively drives impact and engagement while bringing others along. Ability to lead others without direct authority
