Обязанности: Develop and execute advantaged long-term sourcing strategy playbook for Temporary labor and Merchandising category that deliver sustainable improvements in terms of cost, quality, service and innovation, in collaboration with HR, SC and SO Senior stakeholders and Global Procurement Lead development and subsequent execution of Temporary labor and Merchandising procurement strategy for Russia and pro-actively manage any potential road blocks. Ensure Temporary labor and Merchandising productivity pipeline continues to deliver 3% annual total baseline Lead dialogue with Global peers ensuring best practices are leveraged Overall responsibility for Russian Temporary Labor category, building sustainable supplier partnership relationships at executive level with key suppliers. Ensure all services required are appropriately negotiated and all contracts are in place / managed & administered in accordance with Global Procurement strategy and KPI’s Lead supplier performance and contract compliance – providing regular financial, inflation, service and quality forecasts to HR / SC /SO VPs and Directors, Finance, Procurement and other relevant executives Understand key cost drivers, industry trends and best practices (today and in the future) to shape Temporary labor and Merchandising sourcing strategy. Develop and maintain long term pricing mechanisms and providers relationship strategies to drive sustainable competitive advantage Work closely with Senior stakeholders to ensure deep understanding of functional needs and develop strategies to ensure maximum business value is generated from Temporary labor and Merchandising procurement strategy Требования: Proven track record in leading SC, MF and SO procurement in complex cross-regional environment within Food & Beverage industry Sound knowledge of strategic sourcing processes and SC, MF and SO related procurement best practices, with experience of implementing them in a federal environment Strong country-wide supplier relationship management: implementing & managing service level agreements, quarterly business reviews, KPI performance dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver year on year value (quality, service and cost) Driving Total Cost of Ownership optimization and innovation Senior level relationships with key Temporary labor and Merchandising suppliers Excellent language skills – English essential, both verbal and in writing Highly effective interpersonal skills – excellent negotiator and strong communication and influencing skills to all organizational levels Условия: Temporary position at PepsiCo Holdings Work schedule 5/2 Stable salary Insurance packages The ability to study foreign languages Corporate training, opportunities for professional and career growth
