Job Description
The Qualitative Associate Director will be responsible for the growing business across certain domains , maintaining existing clients’ relationships and coaching the team and support in execution, managing and delivery of projects.
Expectations from the Associate Director includes:
Independently managing clients’ accounts with some guidance from the Qualitative lead. Lead a sub-team of qual enthusiasts whom he/she will be responsible of coaching, grooming and guiding Grow qualitative business across key verticals and reinforce the current clients’ relationships Fully responsible of ensuring smooth project set-up, execution across all key stages starting from the initial proposal stage, DG, briefing, moderation, debriefing and presentation with actionable insights to the client. Full dedication to meet the project timelines and exceeding client’s expectations. Provide client servicing on standard questions and build industry knowledge to support more advanced inquiries. Collaborate across NielsenIQ’s business units to support business development and ongoing business process improvements. Initiating new and innovative approaches that can transform the conventional qualitative by suggesting cutting edge methodologies. Participate in regular review/feedback of systems, procedures and any operation concerns with the end goal of improving productivity and cost efficiency Perform other related functions that may be assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree is a must. Marketing/Psychology/ Anthropology background will be a plus 7-10 years experiences in qualitative. Working knowledge of qualitative research techniques and methodologies Proactive with the ability to build strong client relationships Strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal communication skills Fluency (verbal and written) in English is essential- Arabic speaking will be a great plus Knowledge or past experience of the GCC culture will be a plus Strong passion to qualitative with self-motivation Ability to work under stress and tight timeline Team player and ready to collaborate with others.
