Human Resources:
• Tracks resumes, schedule interview sessions, coordinate, deliver new hire orientation, and prepares induction plan.
• Help in preparing the yearly budget.
• Help in Planning all vacation and always closely follow up on the Provision
• Help in conflict management issues and in solving issues that should be really challenging for the team.
• Deliver training sessions for employees.
• Prepare induction of employees.
• In charge of HRMS System Software.
• In charge of the HR Matrix.
• Prepare presentation on the HR Matrix.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
• Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
• Issue memos and “note de service”.
• In charge of the new comers (announcement, mail accounts, software ID, contracts, confidentiality agreement…)
• In charge of small projects and events.
• Help and deliver orientation sessions orientation
• Keeps a clear training records for all the employee
• Prepare and delivers the training certificates
• Keeps an updated filling system
• Prepare the letters for the employees (bank, embassy, University…)
• Keeps the leaves records updated
• Keeps the employees file updated

Administrative:
• In charge of the whole process of visas, Tickets, Hotel and taxi’s Reservations, for employees and visitors and the billing process afterwards.
• In charge of MOM’S for the monthly Management meeting of entities.
• Assist Marketing teams in their printings (Business, cards, envelops, agendas…).
• Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports related to employees and traveling.

Skills
• Understanding of the HR System.
• Understand importance of Confidentiality.
• Internet and demonstrated intermediate use of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently on own initiative and with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
