• Assist the Section Head to manage the Local Purchasing Team and handle its daily work affairs.
• Build material supply chain for the oilfield in local market.
• Supervise and urge the progress of tendering works.
• Organize the bids opening and evaluation, make appointments and invitations for the meeting and coordinate between user department with Md.OC or/and SOMO witness team;
• To be responsible to check the archiving contractual documents of local procurement, compile the standing book, and manage the archiving documents.
• To be responsible for the work statistics, and report of local purchasing team in weekly and monthly.
• Manage and coordinate with the local suppliers and contractors upon the regulations of company and Iraq laws.
• Assist the Section Head to manage local staff and record the attendance.
• Handle the other work or urgent work appointed by manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• More than 10 years of experience
• CET-6
• Computer level skilled
• Procurement management
• To be healthy physically and mentally.
