In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling recruitment solutions over the phone. You will work closely with clients to understand their customers recruitment needs and propose tailored solutions to meet those needs.ÿ
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities by conducting outbound calls to potential clients
• Build relationships with clients and understand their staffing needs
• Conduct needs assessments and present recruitment solutions over the phone
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and follow-up tasks in the CRM system
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
