We have an exciting opportunity to join our Maple Street Biscuit Company Talent Acquisition Team available as a Talent Acquisition Manager
This individual will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for field management and home office jobs for Maple Street Biscuit Company.
Responsibility:
Develop trusted, consultative relationships with field DMs and RVPs and home office hiring managers and leaders. Source, interview, select, and hire qualified candidates for Restaurant Manager and home office roles that match our technical and cultural requirements. Through partnership with field leaders, understands future needs to prepare and implement an effective recruitment program Evaluates and recommends process improvements and participates in TA projects across both brands. Proactively develops a diverse pipeline of candidates for field management roles. Represents and embodies Cracker Barrel's People Promise and Maple Street's mission. Stays current on wages and salaries, employee benefits, general personnel practices, and employment law. Maintains regular reporting, metrics, candidate records and other information utilizing ATS and other designated TA systems. Follows established processes and procedures
Qualifications:

Experience and Education

Bachelor's degree and 2 years recruiting for restaurant management role or 5 years restaurant or retail operations experience Strong preference for candidates with home office recruitment to include accounting, finance IT, marketing, HR, etc.

Certifications

AIRS Certifications preferred (Diversity and Sourcing Focused) a plus PHR or SPHR a plus

Knowledge and Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interviewing skills. Proficient computer skills. Thorough knowledge of restaurant and/or retail operations and current trends Thorough knowledge of employment law relating to hiring practices. Strong ability to lead and influence organizational change. Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to build trust and influence

Work Environment

This is a virtual role and will require occasional travel
