Qualifications

The Precision Manager is responsible for collaborating with international teams to evolve and communicate our programmatic offerings/services, help chart the data vision and strategy of our programmatic product, articulate and prioritize the features to be developed, and maximize the value delivered through the team's efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop programmatic strategy for client campaigns across all platforms (Display, Social, Video and Search)
• Work with clients and across agencies to build up programmatic know how and create buy in for programmatic product
• Launch, optimize and report the entire programmatic campaigns for different clients
• Able to analyze campaign data to develop insights and strategies to improve on campaign KPIs and conversion optimization
• Cultivating successful, renewable and high-growth direct programmatic sales relationships with media partners to build up PMP and Preferred deals
• Implement a quick test and learn approach to build up and internalize learnings and optimization points with director and management
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
• Participate in brainstorming and status calls with agency stakeholders
• Oversee overall campaign performance & individual performance
• Manage your team's daily tasks, allocate your resources and track individual efforts.
• Ensure that KPIs are met across entire portfolio of clients
• Ensure that best practices are implemented and overall performance is above benchmark
• Advise on new tests and new features
• Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve account & personal goals
• Share experiences, learnings, case studies & POVs across the team
• Lead communication between internal stakeholders and your team
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
• Oversee team operations and monitor team performance
• Provide team members with a positive environment and with necessary coaching
• Establish, maintain, and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign management across practices
• Ensure that new hires are adequately trained and on-boarded promptly based on business unit requirements
• Manage the off-boarding of talent to ensure that operations aren't interrupted in any way
• Identify strengths and opportunities for team development with surveys every quarter
• Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior
• Develop the staff through performance management and consistent feedback. Identify staff development opportunities to help them reach their professional goals
• Weekly alignment with market leads on overall progress and concerns with the extended team
• Weekly alignment with direct team on overall progress and concerns
• Serve as a contact point responsible for building and managing relationships with PM agencies
• Work closely with other HUB leads, to share learnings and to drive best practice at speed
• Work closely with PM Agencies on improving processes & workflows
• Provide accurate FTE utilization and account time allocation reports to business units for tracking

Additional Information

What we're looking for?
• 4+ years of digital media/cross-platform planning and executional experience in programmatic ad sales, strategy and execution.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic media ecosystem (including exchanges, ad networks, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, trading desks, etc.)
• Strong quantitative aptitude with the ability to analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills: ability to solution sell and to communicate complex technical features in simple terms
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with ability to work in a matrix organization and thrive in a highly-collaborative, team-based environment
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment - harvest vast amounts of information, news, data, and research and distill the most important/relevant information for your agency team and their clients.
• Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, DMPs and both open auction bidding and private programmatic platforms
• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities
• Strong financial skills and negotiation skills
• BS/BA Degree, with advanced quantitative or business degree preferred
