1-interrupt busy lines if an emergency warrants.

2) Listen to customer requests, and provide Food, Beverage and Plat De jour Information.

3) Monitor automated systems for placing orders and intervene when necessary

4) place orders on Omega system and follow up with the kitchen accordingly

5) Repeat guest order including special request, mention total charges and estimate delivery time

6) Operate on line orders and other systems on top of incoming calls.

7) Promote restaurant products, services, and promotions plans when appropriate.

8) Provide assistance for customers with special requests.

9) Update guests addresses and information on daily basis.

10) Perform clerical duties such as typing, invoices, and sorting mails.
