Firstly, responsible for living the 5 principles and making your people live it.
Responsible for controlling the inventories of semi-finished products at the site, which consist of a complex mix of products that come from 8 molding equipment and managing the inputs and outputs of each process, which involves:
• Administration of at least 40 million pesos in work in progress.
• Guarantee the inventories of the virtual transfer warehouses
• Administration of plant reprocessing that ranges between 4 and 5 million pesos
• Administration of chocolate pasta reception and control any deviation of the same, ensuring that uses are correct and establishing corrective and preventive action measures for any deviation, communicating and documenting any resolution to the necessary stakeholders.
• Responsible for the Administration of the cold warehouse, which contains all the semi-finished products, responsible for scheduling cyclical inventories and audited inventories, establishing action plans for any deviation, whether preventive or corrective.
• Responsible for monitoring the cold warehouse Inventory, assuring FIFO and assuring losses of expired product.
• Administration of the rework keeping as low as possible the shop floor Inventory, coordination with planning to use rework in time as a priority, developing the system that control the site.
Responsible for the administrative coordination of supply of production orders, managing through its reports the uses and closing of production orders.
Responsible for managing the documentation of the process orders, in case of any traceability exercise, he is responsible, together with the production supervisor, to present the results of uses and deliver the traceability study.
Responsible for keeping the plant information updated in terms of ATS (Compliance with the production plan), TRS (Efficiency of the processes), Waste, Reprocess, Good and at the first time, administration of Orders, WORAS, KPI’s of the area.
Responsible for the accuracy of the Information of the lines, production, stoppages, waste, rework, crew, Info for the productivity Indicator.
Responsible through his people to generate the loss trees for each area or line of the entire plant.
Responsible for the delivery of finished product to PT warehouse, managing the FDS process.
Responsible for preventing orders or product in transit from remaining in the SAP system
Responsible for correcting and documenting improvements in the SAP system
Serves as SAP Key user for the production area.
With your reports, make notifications in SAP of the requirements to the Maintenance area of any deviation.
Through its staff, monitor the critical quality issues and deviations to notify the team leaders, especially any deviation to Z1 microbiology, to take immediate action.
