Shropshire Wildlife Trust works across Shropshire (including Telford & Wrekin) to confront
the ‘triple emergency’ of climate crisis, ecological crisis, and people’s disconnection from
nature. We combine advocacy and campaigning with projects to restore nature and to engage
people. We manage 41 nature reserves, and we have 46 staff, 500 volunteers, and over 9,000
members. The Trust is an autonomous charity, but we are increasingly working collectively as
part of The Wildlife Trusts to ensure that our local actions have a national impact and help to
address global issues
