A Marketing Associate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and carrying out the company's marketing strategies. This person will aid in the expansion of POS earnings by generating more leads using inventive inbound advertising strategies in record time and at little expense. They will be enthusiastic about expanding their brand's online visibility by means of blogs, SEM, and other online channels. They will collaborate with industry professionals to create, roll out, measure, and improve search engine optimization (SEO), content, and social media marketing strategies that attract high-quality leads to our website. The ideal Marketing Associate is someone who thrives in dynamic settings and is eager to acquire new knowledge, digital marketing tools, and marketing techniques.

Salary : $ 17.36 per hour.

Qualifications:
• Uses information about the company's products and its customers to help the Manager create a yearly strategy for coordinating marketing and sales activities to increase the company's brand's popularity.
• Help determine the best method of consumer interaction and the best way to organize a campaign to contact people when and where they are receptive to your message.
• Oversee digital and social media-first consumer marketing activities that give the brand new life and improve interaction with existing customers.
• Prove that you can keep projects on track and under budget, and that you can weigh the pros and cons of different investment opportunities to find the best way to balance risk and reward. Find ways to promote the brand's nutrition health and wellness offer via communications, and take the lead on related activities.
• Find ways to improve the business and take the lead on new initiatives to spread the word about the brand's commitment to good nutrition, healthy living, and overall well-being.
• It is important for the success of a brand that its target audience has a firm grasp on the brand's identity, essence, vision, mission, and underlying values.
• Explore the consumer/brand demand landscape by making use of digital intelligence tools.
• Project manager for brands to demonstrate understanding of key customer insights and ability to apply them to relevant communications and innovation efforts.
• Learn more about the demographics, psychographics, and behavioral drivers of the brand's consumer or a specific consumer segment by analyzing consumer and market data and trends.
• Agency and cross-functional team management, strategy, planning, execution, and results measurement are leading initiatives within the communication strategy focused on certain touchpoints or consumer goals.

Skills:
• In order to succeed in this role, you should ideally have managed marketing communication initiatives that incorporated media and digital tactics before.
• Strategic brand/product planning, including commercialization strategies and communication campaigns, is preferred.
• It is desirable if you have prior experience generating insights by exploiting data and trends to comprehend customer behavior.
• Prior experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies is preferred.
• Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or product management. Alternately, you'll need a master's degree in business, marketing, or a similar field
