Qualifications:
• Customers' complaints, issues, and concerns should be communicated to you. Customers' comments about product quality or manufacturing should be sent to the relevant management.
• Handle all aspects of the warehouse function, which includes the reception of raw materials, the delivery of finished goods, and the management of both inside the warehouse area.
• Improve workplace accuracy and efficiency by streamlining procedures and putting a plan in place for ongoing improvement.
• Keeping meticulous records, compiling reports, and making presentations to aid management in comprehending the logistical perspective are all duties.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills based on personal experience and training. Senior leaders are required to communicate clearly and give evidence to back up their assertions regarding issues and potential solutions, as well as their recommendations.
• Project integration, planning, communication, and documentation abilities are required to manage and prepare project team resource needs in coordination with cross-functional departments.
• In charge of establishing and implementing the supply chain management function's overall strategy, as well as planning and overseeing the business's activities and operations.
• In order to increase customer service/satisfaction, collaborate with the Purchasing Manager and the Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager.
• The supply chain manager is responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of physical inventory, which includes ERP transaction accuracy, inventory events, and cycle counts where relevant.
• It's part of the job description to instruct, train, achieve objectives, meet deadlines, accomplish tasks requested by management, and receive incremental penalties for poor performance.

Skills:
• Experience with and knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing and distribution context; advanced capacity in balancing procurement, inventory management, and customer satisfaction within ERP system settings
