Greet, seat and interact with guests Enthusiastically answer phones and take any to- go orders as needed Document reservations, and set them up to specifications Clear dishes from tables, sanitize effectively, and reset for new guests Roll cutlery Maintain cleanliness of dining room and restrooms Communicate with all third party delivery drivers to ensure guest satisfaction
