We at Guardian Life of the Caribbean are seeking to bring on ten (10) new motivated individuals to our Savannah East team. We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated, creative team members to come build their own business. If you feel you have these qualities, you might be a great fit. Guardian associates work directly with individuals and business owners to deliver voluntary benefits for them and their employees, while helping to solve key issues facing persons today. It’s a key role with a well-known company that helps individuals and business owners ensure they can receive direct cash benefits should medical events or death occur. Insurance Agent Job Requirements: Must be between the ages of 25 to 45 Must own a reliable vehicle Must own a working Laptop or tablet Must have a minimum of 5 O’Levels (Inclusive of Math and English) Must have at least three (3) years sales experience Insurance Agent duties and responsibilities: Promote insurance agency to customers who need insurance Network with potential customers Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when need Maintain all insurance documents in a confidential way Achieve sales targets set be the company Top-Notch Benefits: Benefits include Employee stock program, bonus rewards and exotic trips.
