1.Technical research: According to the R&D plan, lead the R&D team to carry out corresponding technical research work to achieve the required performance indicators; integrate internal and external technical resources, collect and organize new technologies of similar products at home and abroad.
2.Technical cooperation: look for potential high-quality projects or technology platforms to promote project introduction。
3.Technical cooperation: According to the company's strategic requirements, we will look for potential high-quality projects or technology platforms to promote project introduction, project cooperation, technology licensing and other cooperation.
4.Team building: Responsible for assisting the local team integration and cultural construction of domestic research institutes' expatriate R&D personnel in Japan.Work location: Japan (you need to train at the Zhejiang headquarters for about 3-6 months in the early stage.
応募資格
1.Applicants with relevant majors such as chemistry, chemical engineering, and materials science will be given priority. Applicants who have studied in Japan are preferred and can communicate fluently in Japanese.
