会社の記録管理、レポート作成、重要な業務書類の整理・維持
ベンダーやサービスプロバイダーとのコミュニケーション管理、調達・契約管理のサポート
- Support daily operations by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and assisting executives and teams.
- Organize company records, handle reports, and maintain key operational documents.
- Manage communications with vendors and service providers, assisting in procurement and contract administration.
応募資格
Google Workspace（Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive）, Notion, Slack の使用経験
優れたタイムマネジメント能力と問題解決能力

- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive), Notion, and Slack.
