The Maintenance Technician is a key player to our business, and actively contributes to the continued successful operation of the facility. We are actively seeking career minded individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, safety focused and evolving environment.
Job Description
• Provide mechanical maintenance services for the facility and machinery
• Read and utilize repair documents, manuals, assembly drawings to determine repair procedures and tolerances
• Execute inspections and maintenance activities for production related equipment
• Input and update information in computerized maintenance management software
• Sustain a clean working environment while following company safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, team, vendors and contractors
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum of 3- 5 years industrial maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Prior experience with welder and other shop equipment
• Experience with laser alignment of rotating equipment is a plus.
• Ability to rebuild machinery and equipment according to blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Capable operator of mobile and bridge cranes
• Use of all sizes of air impact and electric wrenches, all pipe fitting tools and equipment.
• Excellent written, oral communication and organizational skills.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills and ability to prioritize workload with some supervisory oversight.
• Experience with OSHA safety practices
• Must be able to pass on-site skills testing as part of the interview process.
• Primary shift is 7am-3:30pm Monday - Friday, with the ability to work potential overtime and on-call shifts
