Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Data Operations Analyst Manager to join our Operations Department in Lubumbashi, DRC. In this role, you will manage operational optimisation projects, leveraging on the implementation of digital solutions. You will also develop and apply practical, innovative ideas and approaches alongside providing general management oversight and monitoring, data collection, and analytical support.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential Skills
• A skill in examining and re-engineering practices and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies
• The ability to analyse complex problems, think critically, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
• The ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports as well as develop and present educational programs and/or workshops
• The ability to supervise and train employees, to include organising, prioritising, and scheduling work assignments as well as providing technical guidance and leadership to personnel
Required Competencies
• Comprehensive applied knowledge and expertise, gained at a professional level, in Business Management
• The ability to manage advanced features on Google Suit environment, including scripts on Google Sheets
Required Work Experience
• Experienced within Operations with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or Masters in Engineering, Business, Management or IT studies. This requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis
Required Languages
• Fluency in both French and English is essential
Additional Requirements
• A valid drivers licence is essential for this role
