Job Description - Duties and Responsibilities:
SAP S/4HANA Expertise:
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and modules.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and its configuration.
User and Role Management:
• Proficiency in creating and managing users in SAP S/4HANA.
• Skills in role creation, assignment, and maintenance using SAP Fiori or SAP GUI.
System Configuration:
• Experience with system setup and configuration.
• Ability to configure system parameters, client settings, and perform system checks.
Printer Setup and Configuration:
• Knowledge of printer configuration in SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to set up print queues, define print servers, and troubleshoot printing issues.
Security and Authorization:
• Understanding of SAP security concepts and best practices.
• Experience in managing authorizations and ensuring compliance with security policies.
AP Basis Administration:
• General SAP Basis administration skills for system monitoring, performance tuning, and maintenance
tasks.
• Experience with system upgrades and patches.
Soft Skills:
Problem-Solving:
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
Communication:
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, provide user support, and document processes.
Project Management:
• Ability to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines.
Attention to Detail:
• High level of accuracy in setting up and managing system configurations and user roles.
Training and Support:
• Capacity to train users on system functionalities and provide ongoing support.
Additional Skills:
Experience with Public Cloud Environments:
• Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure) used in conjunction with SAP S/4HANA.
