INA’S View Farm is a small but rapidly expanding agricultural company.
Applications are invited for suitably qualified, experienced individuals for the following post:
POST: Sales and Marketing Manager (1)
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY: Excellent
LOCATION: Mzimba
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and managing marketing and sales Teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, Understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities
Researching, developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding Customer requirements, identifying market trends and suggesting system Improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals
Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the Market.
Gathering, investigating, summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
Generating unique sales plans
Creating and engaging advertisements
Developing pricing strategies
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• 3 years experience in marketing or sales
• Understanding, knowledge of sales and marketing
• Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
• Ability to understand, follow company policies and procedures
• Ability to work under pressure.
