GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) FOR THE YEAR 2020 APPROPRIATION BIDS (TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL)
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The Federal College of Education, Kano, Kano State, hereby issues General Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and the General Public that the College is to undertake the procurement of works and goods under the Year 2020 TETFUND Appropriation Bids.
(2.0) WORKS/GOODS
Lot 1
Procurement of Utility Vehicles with various accessories
Lot 2
Rehabilitation of Lecture Theater Hall
(3.0) Interested and eligible contractors, Suppliers and Vendors are advised to look out for the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the supply and rehabilitation mentioned above in Federal Tenders Journal, National Dailies and Notice Boards.
(4.0) The advisement is NOT an invitation to Tender.
(5.0) Note that the bid document will be evaluated on the responsiveness to the criteria including but not limited to:
• Evidence of Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Registration.
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Evidence of compliance with Pension Fund – PENCOM.
• Evidence of compliance with the National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF).
• Evidence of Interim Registration Report (RRR).
• Documents submitted may be subjected for Due Diligence without recourse to Bidders.
The Federal College of Education, Kano, Kano State reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matter regarding these procurements without incurring any liability from the bidder.
