What You Will Do
• Meet and greet guest at arrival hall, offer luggage assistance and escort to the hotel transportation.
• Meet and greet guest at departure drop off area, offer luggage assistance and assist with airline check in.
• Welcome guests at hotel airport counter and advise different kinds of transportation to Hyatt hotels, respond guests' enquiries in a professional manner at all the time
• ASSIST guests’ ticketing affairs, handle airport/ airline lost and found, and transportation arrangement to China/Macau.
• Provide updated and relevant information for guests including airline reservations/confirmation, assisting with guests in any plans / arrangement and providing useful information etc.
• Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming
• Ensure smooth operations and communication with hotel concierge
• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships
• Any other additional assistance or ad-hoc job duties requested by supervisors
What You Should Have
• Preferably with 1 year of relevant work experience in Hotel/lounges management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
• Willing to work on shift duties
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
