Responsibilities:
• Continuously monitor and analyze traffic to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Quickly address any issues that may affect transaction processing or user experience.
• Ensure that all deployments are conducted smoothly, minimizing any impact on system functionality.
• Monitor and report on cloud service metrics to optimize resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze usage patterns to ensure efficient operation of our cloud infrastructure.
• Respond to and resolve incidents and outages promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to services. Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose and fix issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
• Provide detailed reports on system performance, incidents, and improvements to stakeholders.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding system status, issues, and changes.
Requirements:
• Min 1 year of experience as Sys Admin Linux would be a plus
• Fresh graduate are welcome (Intern Experienced)
• Minimum SMK/Diploma graduate with a specialization in computer-related fields.
• Practical experience with Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS) is required.
• Strong commitment to hard work and dedication to the role.
• Shifting Hours, Willingness to work flexible and shifting hours, including nights.
